Our Story
Lavellzart is the brain-child of it’s namesake, Joe Lavell Latham Jr. “Lavell” meaning “the valley”.
Drawing since he could hold a pencil, Joe has continued experimenting with different art mediums for years ranging from traditional and digital art to movies, video games,
laser engraving and music composition.
At the end of 2025, after over 15 years of doing corporate graphic design, the desire to go freelance and create art on a more personal level took hold and in 2026,
Lavellzart Illustration & Design was born.
